Mrs. Ahlam Naser

Mrs. Nasser is founder and partner of AIC,  one of the founders and board member of Arab governance center, candidate in Jordanian Parliament in addition to one of the top management team at Ministry of labor in Jordan and care international organization, she is in the final stage of DBA program ( Doctor of business administration) and has more than 20 years of professional experience in business excellence, result oriented government and budget, auditing, financial and management consulting, project management, procurement, HR, public sector reform, training and on-job training, strategic planning, developing KPIs and M&E systems. She has extensive experience working with donor communities, doing capacity building for NGOs, and working for humanitarian organization.
Mrs. Naser has experience in international projects such as work for ILO , care international organization, world bank …… she was an implementation manager at CARE International in Jordan, as a Director of finance, administration and IT directorate of Ministry of Labor in Jordan, and as Head of Inspection Training Center. She has served as head  and member of various  committees such as  procurement, tendering, HR, Evaluation, investigation, reform, child labor, and as a member of negotiation team of World Bank loan for the Ministry of Labor, Eco-Soc, NGOs development. Mrs. Naser also delivered consultancies for organizations such as MOPSD, MOL, Investment World Bank, ILO, and USAID. Earlier in her career she worked as an auditor at Audit Bureau. She has developed and implemented M&E systems during her work with donor community and other organizations such as the World Bank, Echo, UNHCR, UNDP, CIDA, EU, UN, PBRM, IRC, and the ILO. Recent work involved mentoring public sector financial departments to comply with King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency.
