International Senior Expert Matter in the area of vocational training, poverty reduction and unemployment. she has more than 25 years of progressive experience as an educational leader, working on aligning Jordan’s educational policy with national priorities for economic development and employment.
She has intensive experience in different areas but not limited such as developing the E-TVET system in both public and private sector in Arab countries and worldwide, Management of Technical and Vocational Training, Identification of Institutional Training Needs, Monitoring  and Evaluation of TVET projects and programs, Development of  Occupational Profiles  and Standards  , Development of Standard Job Performance Test, Vocational Training Needs Assessment (quality & quantity), working with international funds and donors, Goal-oriented with strong leadership capabilities, Strategic thinking and planning and performance management. Curricula and learning materials development and evaluation. Training projects design using Results-Based Management methodology and formats; vocational training research and studies Competency-Based Training System and DACUM methodology (design and application); and Occupational Standards and Tests development. In developing Jordan’s related strategies, she extensively worked with donor communities such as the British Council, GTZ, ETF, the EU, World Bank, JICA, USAID, UNDP and CIDA.
